Was I charged twice?

Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! We regularly offer promotions, seasonal sales, and exclusive subscriber discounts. New customers can receive a welcome discount by joining our email list.
How do I apply a coupon code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout before completing payment. Once applied, your order total will automatically update.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Order Status & Changes
How do I know my order was confirmed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email with your tracking number. You can also track your package through your account or our Order Tracking page.
Can I change my size, color, or shipping address after ordering?
Yes — if your order has not shipped yet.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re sorry about that. Please email clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number to support within 30 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution if applicable.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your best fit. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips before ordering.

I’m between sizes. Which size should I choose?
For the best comfort and fit, we generally recommend choosing the larger size if you are between measurements.
Our shapewear is designed with compression, so sizing down too much may feel overly tight or uncomfortable.
Can I wear shapewear after pregnancy?
Many customers wear shapewear postpartum for support and confidence. However, every recovery journey is different. If you recently gave birth or had a C-section, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
Are your shapewear products comfortable for everyday wear?
Yes. CurvyFaja shapewear is designed to provide shaping support while remaining breathable, flexible, and comfortable enough for daily use.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over the minimum threshold shown on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
For hygiene reasons, some items such as underwear, bras, clearance products, and free gifts may not qualify for returns.

Do you offer size exchanges?
